This is SOOOOO cool! It was super easy to install. I LOVE the water noise. It sounds like I have a waterfall in my back yard! It's so soothing and relaxing and once the pool warms up, and it gets really hot out, this is going to be so nice to help cool us off. The lights are cool. You can adjust the spray and it still circulates the water in the pool. (which my husband loves) I wish there was a way to turn the spray completely off when the filter is running or when you need to put the solar cover on, but if there is, we haven't figured it out. So we will need to uninstall it for a few days while the solar cover is on. My husband said it isn't too much of a pain to take off. I HIGHLY recommend this. It's nice that you can turn the solar panels to catch the sun. This is EXACTLY what I wanted.Now to get a hammock so I can fall asleep in the back yard while listening to the water fall..... I guess I don't REALLY have to go to work today.... :/ Lol

Yes, I know my star review doesn't make sense because I returned this; what?Well here is my review and hopefully my 4?? review will make sense.My neighbor purchased this for their above ground pool and I saw it, loved it, wanted it and so I ordered it. Ordered and received this solar pool fountain and got excited to have this thing I wanted. ?? But... my excitement was premature, as I did not realize that the return jet is not the same size on all above ground pools. ????��? Yeah I know, common sense.So, long story short and you know how this story ends.... The return jet on my pool is larger than my neighbors' pool and therefore making this cool fountain unable to be installed on my pool.I like the aesthetic of the fountain but it is not compatible with all aboveground pools. Hince I gave it 4 stars because I've seen it work and was satisfied, but then it did not fit my pool so I had to return it making me put one less than perfect.

I bought this because our pool gets boring once the sun starts going down and I wanted something that felt ��fun�� without doing a whole setup. The fountain part is nice, but the lights are what sold me. The colors actually show up and it gives the water this bright glow that makes the backyard feel less plain.I like that it has a remote, because walking over there every time you want to change the color is annoying. The dusk sensor + timer is also clutch since it can turn on when it gets dark and not just run forever. The dual spray heads are a plus too since you can angle the water instead of it shooting one straight line.Only downside is it��s plastic, so it doesn��t feel like some heavy-duty fancy thing for the price, and the remote is small enough to disappear fast (ask me how I know). Also, if you��re expecting it to light up the whole pool like a movie scene, it��s more ��cool accent�� than stadium lighting.Worth the value? Yeah, it was worth the value for us because we actually use the pool in the evenings and it makes it feel way more ��done,�� not just a dark box of water.

Cool and inexpensive��BUT�� you have to be running the pool pump in order to make it work. It��s somewhat false advertising because if you ask the question on Amazon, does it require the pool pump to be running? It says no, but that��s just for the light. To make the water move, you have to run the pool pump, which runs up your electric bill. So it kind of takes away the whole idea of having a solar power for the lights. Only the lights will work if the pool pump is not running.

I wanted a little more aeration and some evening light in the pool. Works great. After a few minutes of looking it over it was easy to install, took maybe 15 minutes. We removed the pool vacuum fitting (we had converted to a robotic vacuum) and the fit was perfect. Happy with the purchase

It sticks wayyyyy to far out on the pool and ruins the swimming area around the edge significantly and is easy to run into which will either mess up the trajectory of the fountain or will scratch the heck outta you or both. Also it is really heavy and pulls on the outside part of the hose and is putting too much strain on it. I fear it will eventually rip something or break something therefore I won't be using it and seeing as I spent around $75 on it is saddening

I am so happy with this solar fountain light. I have an Intex Above Ground Pool, and I was worried about the fit, but it fits perfectly right out of the box.The design is really well thought out. The first thing to note is the lack of controls on the fountain itself, you'll need the remote so DON'T lose it!The remote is clearly marked so it can't be confused with other remotes. I tested the auto light sensing and it is very accurate towards initiating when there is low light.The parts are heavy plastic and won't easily break, even if a swimmer bumps into it. It's always good to get instructions which make sense, and the assembly has good directions which non-technical people will have no trouble following. (Myself included.) The extension pipe makes this kit adaptable to different pool types and needed heights, the manufacturer thought of everything!Charging the lights was easily accomplished, even in my screened in pool. The lights are bright and won't disappoint and they have strobe, fade, smooth and flash. (Personal preference, I won't use pulsating lights when company is over because they can cause seizures in epileptic people, and I don't know everyone's medical history, especially if someone brings a guest.) There's 10 different colors which are vibrant in hue, you'll really enjoy those!For 79.99 the price was reasonable but could be a tad lower IMO.

This thing is pretty cool! It's fairly easy to set up, and none of the parts feel cheaply made. It's a pretty low maintenance pool accessory too. It automatically turns on at night, and you don't need to mess around with cables to charge the lights thanks to the solar panels. You get several different options for colors and light modes. The colors are pretty vibrant! You can also adjust the height. The water flow is better than you'd expect for a product like this, but I'm assuming it would be a bit less on cloudy days when the panels can't charge as well. My only issue with this is that it's a bit wobbly. It's not a huge issue unless you have kids or pets that might mess with it, but this really should have come with some kind of support or bracket to prevent this.

The unit has good stability and is secure while also being easy to adjust. The functionality of the LED lighting is awesome, and I love that the battery is recharged by the embedded solar panels. Really impressive upgrade to my old fountain. This one really shoots the water high. I was blown away how much better this one works. Easy to assemble, and the materials feel like really good quality. Easy to adjust to allow the flow exactly how I wanted it. The light at night is really bright and lights up the fountain flow, making a cool effect. I have a solar light for my pool by the same brand the remotes work on both of them, which is handy. It is a little heavy and tilted down a bit with the solar panels, I just used a zip tie for now, I'll get a proper support bracket in a bit. The lights are bright and can be adjusted with the included remote to different colors etc. The remote has some good distance to it, I can turn the lights on from my dining room in my house. Overall this is a great lighted solar powered fountain that adds some cool vibes to the pool.
